1) About the Service

WhereToGo provides travel inspiration by aggregating links and embeds to third-party content and services (e.g., Google Maps, YouTube, TikTok, restaurant/venue websites). The service does not sell travel products, take reservations, or process payments. Any bookings, purchases, or sign-ups occur on third-party websites subject to those parties' terms.

2) Eligibility

The Service is intended for individuals aged 16 or older. Users under 16 should not use the Service.

3) Permitted & Prohibited Use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• Do not scrape, crawl, index, or collect data from the Service by automated means without prior written permission.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or its security features.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harassing content.

4) Content & Intellectual Property

The Service, original content, design, text, and functionality (including the WhereToGo name and logo) are owned by D. Bogdanova under the WhereToGo brand and protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party logos, videos, and embeds remain the property of their respective owners.

5) Submissions (forms, feedback)

Users retain ownership of submitted text. By submitting, you grant WhereToGo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content only to operate, support, and improve the Service.

6) Third-Party Links & Embeds

WhereToGo links to and embeds third-party sites and services. The company does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

7) Video Content Disclaimer

All videos are from publicly available resources and remain the property of their creators. WhereToGo does not claim rights to videos. Video owners can request removal at where.togo.and.try@gmail.com. Videos are provided "AS IS" and WhereToGo does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness.

8) Privacy & Cookies

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. The site uses a cookie banner for non-essential cookie consent.

9) No Advice; Availability

Travel content is provided for general information only. WhereToGo does not guarantee accuracy, availability, or suitability of places, opening hours, prices, or safety information. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhereToGo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

11) Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify WhereToGo from claims arising from violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

12) Changes; Termination

WhereToGo may modify, discontinue, or update the Service or Terms at any time. Material changes may be notified by reasonable means. Access may be suspended for breaches.

13) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by Netherlands law. Courts in Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory consumer law applies otherwise.

14) Miscellaneous

• Severability: Unenforceable provisions do not affect remaining provisions.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the complete agreement regarding the Service.
